Scam misuses NCVO and Big Lottery Fund's names

The latest charity names to be misused in an email scam are the National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO) and the Big Lottery Fund.
The email scam message purports to be an announcement of a lottery win from “The Big Lottery Fund (NCVO)”, which is “An Affiliate of the UK National Lottery.”
The recipient is apparently one of the winners of “the Euro – Asian Big Lottery International programs”.

The email message is clearly a scam, and is misusing these legitimate organisations’ names. The sender claims to be based in “SuttonCold Field” (sic).
This is certainly one email to ignore or report to the authorities if you wish.
