A group of businesses are working together to raise £100,000 for the Northamptonshire-based Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association.

The money will fund a research into MND and help pay for vital equipment, such as communication aids and riser/recliner chairs, which will be loaned out to people with the disease. It will also fund the MND Association’s local Regional Care Adviser for a year.

The 100k Business Forum will officially be launched at Northampton Town FC on Saturday 7 May. The event will be attended by Lady Hallifax, President of the MND Association, and representatives of the 100k Business Forum.
