Charity software specialists, Fisk Brett, are running their data protection seminar for the fourth year running.

Examining the legislation surrounding data protection and privacy Fisk Brett say they aim to cut through the jargon and explain what the guidelines are, how charities can comply, and what constitutes good practice.

In particular the company will be looking in-depth at the 1998 Data Protection Act, the preference services, and the EU Directive on Privacy and Electronic Communications.
