Rowntree Trust seeks to support six visionaries for five years

To celebrate its centenary the Joseph Rowntree Charitable Trust (JRCT) is looking for six visionaries who have the vision to shape a better, more just and peaceful world.
The JRCT says that it is looking for six people “who share our values, who believe that they can make the world – or part of it – more just and more peaceful: six visionaries who are convinced that change is possible.” Specifically they are looking for big ideas that address the trust’s key themes of justice and peace.
The six selected visionaries will be given support by the trust for five years, to help them achieve their ambition. “This means a salary, continuing support and the minimum of interference,” says the trust.
