Timberland's celebrity boots raise £10,000 for Barnardo's

Timberland has raised £10,000 for Barnardo’s in a celebrity boot auction held at Kensington Roof Gardens in London. Further celebrity boots are being auctioned online for the children’s charity.

Twenty Timberland boots signed by celebrities were up for auction on the night. The most successful was The Duchess of York’s boot which was sold for £1,000.

The public can now bid for a range of other celebrities’ boots from the likes of the Sugababes, Jordan, Michael Parkinson, Mariella Frostrup, and Saracens rugby club via an online auction at eBay, which runs from two weeks from 26 November 2004.
