Institute of Fundraising's telephones working again

After a gap of more than three weeks it is now again possible to telephone the Institute of Fundraising.

The Institute announced at the beginning of November that, due to external problems beyond its control, it could not receive incoming telephone calls. It moved quickly to set up an alternative service whereby a call-handling centre would take messages and forward them via e-mail.

The Institute moved offices just before the problem, although it was not related to the move. The original and now-functioning number is 020 7840 1000.
