Russell Commission launches consultation on youth volunteering

The Russell Commission is seeking input into the new national framework that is designed to increase volunteering and civic service by young people across the UK.

The consultation aims to test a number of questions about the measures in the proposed new national framework.

The consultation lasts for 12 weeks and will close on 31 December 2004.

Organisations with young members or volunteers are invited to circulate the Russell Commission’s youth consultation postcards to them or direct them to a separate Web site.
