John Grain has left his position with Whitewater Creative Services as Managing Director of Our Lasting Tribute (OLT) to become an independent consultant.

During his year with Whitewater he oversaw a doubling of the number of charities using the in memoriam giving scheme, and lead the successful launch of OLT in the USA.

Steve Andrews of Whitewater will now oversee the future development of the OLT business.

John said: “Having reached this decision together entirely amicably, I am excited by the opportunity to now work for myself directly. It is a crowded marketplace, but I wouldn’t be doing this if I didn’t think I could bring some genuinely fresh thinking to the table.”

John has previously worked for Oxfam, Habitat for Humanity International and Children’s Aid Direct.

He says that he plans to offer specialist support in a number of areas, including Strategic Planning, Interim Management, Training & Coaching, Direct Marketing, Donor Care Audits, Creativity and Innovation, and International Fundraising.
