ICT Consortium launches Web site to improve charity IT

The ICT Consortium, a group of umbrella organisations in the voluntary sector, has launched its Web site to help improve charities’ use of IT.

The site includes information and links to other resources covering best practice issues for charities in their use of information and communcations technologies (ICT).

The Consortium has received 6 months’ funding from the Active Communities Directorate at the Home Office. This is designed to enable them to formulate their business plan.

The Consortium’s members are NCVO, NACVS, LASA and IT4communities.
