No charges in fatal fundraising bungee jump

Howard Lake | 20 February 2004 | News

South Wales Police have confirmed that the organisers of a fundraising bungee jump in which a 22-year-old student died will not face criminal charges.

Christopher Thomas died after hitting the ground at the Swansea event in August 2002. The bungee rope snapped as he was about to approach the ground on the second bounce.
