Prince of Wales renews his Age Concern patronage

HRH The Prince of Wales has extended his partronage of Age Concern for a further five years.

The Prince, who has been Patron since 1998, recently attended and helped to launch Age Concern’s Business Pledge, a programme to encourage employers to commit to age equality for older people in the workplace.

Gordon Lishman Age Concern England’s Director General said: “The Prince is a member of the babyboomer generation himself and by announcing his extended patronage of Age Concern he is sending an important message to older people that ageing issues are taken seriously.”
