Unique song lyrics auctioned online for Leonard Cheshire

Complete hand-written lyrics to the song “Karma Chameleon” by Boy George are being auctioned on ebay.co.uk with proceeds going to disability charity Leonard Cheshire.
The charity says that this is “the only copy of the lyrics ever written in full” and are accompanied by an authentication note from Boy George.
Laura Gosein, a friend of Boy George, was given the specially created hand-written lyrics to help raise sponsorship for “Trek Peru” – a fundraising challenge she is undertaking for Leonard Cheshire. Laura said: “I’m really grateful to Boy George. This is the first time that he has written the lyrics out in full making this a valuable and highly collectable piece of pop memorabilia.”

The auction for the lyrics is on www.ebay.co.uk, item number 3379181998. Bidding closes on 25 January 2004.
