Avon Cosmetics reaches £10m mark for breast cancer in the UK

The Avon Breast Cancer Crusade has raised a £10 million for UK breast cancer charities, including Breakthrough Breast Cancer and Macmillan Cancer Relief.
The total was reached by Avon’s representatives and customers throughout the UK just over 10 years after the Crusade began.
Andrea Slater, Marketing Vice President for Avon Cosmetics, said: “The £10 million is a wonderful achievement but the fundraising definitely does not stop here. Next month is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and Avon representatives across the UK will be selling three limited edition lipsticks and an exclusive Avon Breast Cancer Crusade lapel pin, raising further funds for Breakthrough Breast Cancer, the research and awareness charity and Avon’s long-term charity partner.
