Fundraising service agency Fruitful Fundraising LLP has become the first face to face fundraising agency to be awarded Investors In People (IIP) status.

The award applies to all Fruitful Fundraising companies – Open Air Fundraising, Front Door Fundraising, Front of House Fundraising, and Charities in the Workplace. It recognises the company’s ongoing investment and commitment to its staff.

Chris Coleridge, CEO of Fruitful Fundraising, said: “Our Investors In People status vividly demonstrates why we offer the highest quality client service, training and development, and staff performance in the industry – it’s the commitment we make to our people. It shows clearly we are achieving one of our goals, to provide the best environment for people wanting to work in the sector.”

* Commitment to ensuring equality of opportunity in the development of its people
