New Head of Client Services at Open Air Fundraising

Lucy Carlyle has joined face-to-face fundraising agency Open Air Fundraising as head of client services.

Carlyle has previously held senior roles within the private sector, mostly within the recruitment industry and latterly running her own recruitment and training business.

Leading a team of account managers, she will be working to improve client relations, account handling, and streamlined fundraising activity.
