Five charged over charity's 'missing £300,000'

Five people including a retired policeman have been charged in connection with an alleged fraud at Newcastle upon Tyne-based children’s charity the Dream Foundation.

Northumbria Police had received an anonymous tip-off that up to £300,000 was unaccounted for.
