Government minister visits Poptel

Stephen Timms, the new Government Minister with briefs covering Social Enterprise, e-business and Corporate Social Responsibility has visited Poptel’s Manchester office in one of a series of visits for him to learn more about the practicalities involved in running social enterprises.

Mr Timms thanked Poptel for contributing to the development of the Government’s recently-launched strategy to support co-operatives and other forms of social enterprise.

Poptel believes that it is the only organisation that covers all three of Stephen Timms key briefs, e-Commerce, Social Enterprise and Corporate Social Responsibility.
