Reuters Foundation is asking international development charities to tell it their IT and telecommunications problems.

Reuters Foundation is asking international development charities to tell it their IT and telecommunications problems. It will then fund sabbatical studies at Stanford University in the USA for IT and communications professionals to try and come up with solutions.
