The Charity Commission has once again shamed charities that persistently fail to submit their annual returns and accounts. Four more charities have been listed by the Commission on its Web site. They are charities with over £100,000 income or expenditure which, according to the Commission’s records, are still in default for non-submission in at least two of the last three statutory return cycles.
