Following their public service photo competition, the Guardian has launched another photographic competition. The Guardian/Volunteers’ Week photographic competition is encouraging amateur photographers to submit pictures that show the essence of volunteering in action.

The Guardian/Volunteers’ Week photographic competition is encouraging amateur photographers to submit pictures that show the essence of volunteering in action. Pictures should capture both the spirit and diversity of volunteering.
The closing date for entries is 25 May 2001.
