Online customer support for non-profits

US company ClientReps.com„¢, which provides web-based customer support services on client Websites, is to offer “deeply discounted pricing” of its customer support services to non-profits around the world. As charities generate more responses from their Internet presences, out-sourcing online customer or donor support is certainly worth considering.

Sunil Kajaria, CEO of ClientReps.com„¢, commented: “We will offer this public service around the year”. Somewhat oddly, he added: “There are plenty of organisations that truly deserve assistance, and we want to be there for them. I just hope we don’t get too many weirdo associations coming to us, like MilitantVegansontheNet.com (although I am a vegetarian myself); all the same, we will give every candidate their chance to be heard.”
