Action Without Borders wins award

Congratulations to Ami Dar, founder of non-profit site Action Without Borders, who has won the Stern Family Fund award for Public Interest Pioneer for 2000. He wins a thoroughly well-deserved $100,000 renewable grant to expand Action Without Borders’ excellent Nonprofit Resource Center.

Dar’s site was founded in 1995 and is a huge sources of information for non-profits with information on campaigning, volunteering, management and many other aspects of charity work. It features information from 20,000 organisations in 150 countries.
