Charity ISP Care4free has announced a 1p per minute flat rate fee for access to the Internet.
Charity ISP Care4free has announced a 1p per minute flat rate fee for access to the Internet. It says it now has over 245 charities within its service. The ISP donates a percentage of call charges, advertising and trade referrals to its charity partners.
