Charities find it difficult to recruit fundraising staff

New research confirms that charities find it difficult to recruit staff, and fundraising staff in particular.

Research by recruitment agency Charity People and SocietyGuardian confirms that charities are finding it difficult to recruit good staff.

Ninety per cent of the UK’s top 200 charities had difficulty in recruiting staff. Sixty four per cent had difficulty recruiting fundraising staff, and almost a quarter found it difficult to recruit marketing staff.
