Relationship fundraising has been the buzzword of the nineties, but is another concept likely to take its place? Stephen Pidgeon, chairman of advertising and marketing company Target Direct, thinks so.

Pondering in ThirdSector magazine on the impact of face-to-face fundraising, he writes: “Forget relationship fundraising – it is a nineties concept. In the 2000s we will be talking about Feedback Fundraising.”
