Tori Amos music videos are being made available via the Net to raise funds for RAINN, the Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network based in Washington, D.C.

For a one-time contribution, Onstage with Real Aid allows exclusive access to unlimited viewing of 13 full-length music videos, until 20 January 1998. The videos include the international vide of “Cornflake Girl,” which has never been released in the U.S.

Onstage with Real Aid is made possible by RealNetworks (creator of RealVideo and RealAudio) and Atlantic Records. This event is a demonstration of RealNetworks RealSystem 5.0 Commerce Solution, described as the first integrated solution for providing secure, selective access to Internet or Intranet streaming media content.

RealAid is hosted by the Real Broadcast Network. Once again, a charity fundraising event is being used to demonstrate the utility of an electronic commerce product. As the organisers said, “this turnkey event illustrates how RBN utilizes the RealSystem 5.0 product in conjunction with E-commerce partner products to offer customized pay-per-view solutions.”
