I have been struggling with my fundraising in terms of keeping on top of all my records as all i have is a simple and basic access database.
This really is not enlough for my organsation and I need to find an alternative that isnt nearly as costly as say Razors Egde but still pretty goo.
Does anyone have any advice or reccomendations. I really do not wish to go down the route of creating one myself either as has been suggested previously.
Please Help me!
This is a complex and rapidly-evolving area. To the best of my knowledge (and Howard will probably correct me if I’m wrong) there is currently one genuinely independent authority on databases in the UK. Have a look at http://www.athena.org.uk/ and drop Peter Flory a line.
If you’re thinking of heading that way, it is seriously worth investing in an expert opinion, and Peter knows more about this area than anyone else I’ve come across.
