Peter Flory to run CRM masterclass in London

Charity IT specialist, author and consultant Dr Peter Flory is to hold a one-day conference and master class on effective customer relationship management (CRM) in London next month.
Doctor Peter Flory will explain what traditional CRM is, the principles underlying it and how it differs when applied to charities, arts & culture organisations, membership bodies and educational institutions. He will describe CRM strategies, different ways of looking at CRM, and what a complete CRM solution should contain.
Guest speakers at the event will be Peter Maple (London South Bank University) and John Sauvé-Rodd (Datapreneurs) who will present sessions on Collaborative CRM and Analytical CRM.
The one-day event takes place on 29 November 2011 at the Grand Connaught Rooms, London. The fee is £99 (no VAT) for not-for-profit organisations and £149 for commercial organisations.
