Government launches anti-cuts fund

Crestfallen by the less than enthusiastic reception to their budget announcements with respect to Gift Aid, the Government has relented on voluntary sector cuts and created an emergency fund to guarantee funding for the next 10 years to organisations facing closure.
£4.5 billion will be available in England and if applicants meet the deadline they will be promised support.
