New Executive Director at CASE Europe

Kate Hunter, Head of Communications (Corporate) at Queen Mary, University of London, has been appointed as the new Executive Director of CASE Europe.
CASE is the membership organisation for professionals who work in alumni relations, communications, fundraising, marketing and other areas within education. It has 22,300 professional members and nearly 3,400 member organisations including colleges, universities, schools, and educational associates in 60 countries around the world. It has more than 300 member institutions in the United Kingdom, Ireland, and continental Europe.
At CASE Europe, Hunter will provide leadership to CASE’s growing London office team and work closely with Joanna Motion, CASE’s Vice President for International Operations.
Hunter has worked at Queen Mary since 2001, and before that managed press and public relations for the Royal Shakespeare Company.
For the past two years, she has served as co-Chair of the Communications track at the CASE Europe Annual Conference. She will continue that role at Brighton in August and then take up her new position on the CASE Europe staff following the conference.
