Trafalgar Square carol singing to raise money for good causes
The annual Christmas tree lighting ceremony at Trafalgar Square will take place this year on Thursday 6 December followed by a season of carol singing, which is backed by the Mayor of London in the run up to Christmas.
Voluntary and charitable organisations are being invited to sign up for the 2007 Trafalgar Square carol singing programme, when they can raise funds for their cause as they sing in front of the traditional Norwegian Christmas tree.
The free carol singing season will run from Monday 10 to Sunday 23 December, and is open to all those who want to come along to listen or join in with the carols.
