Samaritans choose CIBER UK for CRM

Samaritans will implement Ascent CRM from CIBER UK, the integrated Customer Relationship Management solution, designed to support the needs of not for profit organisations.
Ascent will be used for the first time by Samaritans for administering its annual conference which is being held at York University on September 28th to 30th 2007.
Rolling out, initially, to 50 users in Samaritans General Office headquarters, Ascent will replace the existing fundraising application, as well as a number of different departmental database and spreadsheet applications. The aim is to provide the organisation with a single view of all information relating to any person, company, or body that has an involvement with the charity.
