Free Charities Act briefing from Charles Russell solicitors

Solicitors Charles Russell have published a briefing document on the new Charities Act which can be downloaded at no charge from their website.
In the 13-page PDF, the charity specialists at the firm take you through the main provisions of the Act and highlight when they are expected to be implemented.
Charles Russell will be issuing further ./guidance when particular parts of the Act come into force with a view to highlighting some of the practical implications of the Act.

They will also be holding a series of seminars on the Act during the year, the dates of which will be published shortly.
