The iCon Awards 2015, run by the Institute of Internal Communication, include a category that recognises the best internal communicator at a charity or public sector organisation.
The best not-for-profit/public sector team category recognises in-house teams who excel in ensuring there is effective communication with employees, members or volunteers. Other award categories include community manager, editor, designer, image creator (video, photography, illustration) and digital innovator (mobile, app, video, intranet).
The ICon Awards are designed to recognise people’s overall contribution, and their talent, creativity, quality, consistency in making a real difference for the organisations in which they work.
There is a fee of £48 or £72 to enter, with the lower fee applicable to members of the Institute of Internal Communication.
The deadline for entries to the iCon Awards 2015 is 30 September 2015. Winners will be announced at the Communicator of the Year lunch on 12 November in London.
