UK Fundraising has published its first blog, a guest column on the opportunities of new media for charities by Sarah Hughes.

Sarah Hughes runs strategy, fundraising and communications consultancy Charity21, which she founded after nine years as Head of New Media at Charities Aid Foundation.

She believes that new media can play a vital role in modernising charity, and has started to share her thoughts and ideas via the blog.
