Lycamobile to donate £1 for every £10 top-up
Lycamobile, the global low-cost international mobile call provider, has announced Lycagiving, an initiative which will raise funds for funds for 10 national UK charities.
Every time a customer tops up her or his account by £10 or more, Lycamobile will donate £1 to the customer’s chosen charity. The option to select a charity is given following the top-up payment: the customer will find the option to nominate a charity on their online My Lycamobile account.
Beneficiary charities
The charities that Lycamobile customers can choose from are:
- Action Aid
- British Heart Foundation
- Cancer Research UK
- Macmillan
- NSPCC
- Oxfam
- RSPCA
- Save the Children
- UNICEF
- Water Aid
The donation under Lycagiving does not of course cost the customer anything: it is made by the company.
