NCVO PR Forum hears how to work with celebrity supporters

The recent National Council for Voluntary Organisations’ (NCVO) PR Forum ‘How to work with celebrity supporters’ provided infromation for charities on how to approach celebrities for their campaigns.
Topics covered included, “How to make contact with celebrities”, “How to incorporate them into campaigns” and “What to do when your celebrity ‘behaves badly'”.
The NCVO holds a series of PR forums throughout the year, specifically designed for the needs of voluntary sector PROs in member organisations. The next PR Forum will discuss ‘How to get your stories into the ethnic media’ and will take place on 24 March 2006.
