EU arts and cultural funding seminar to be held in Belfast

The Arts Council of Northern Ireland and Queen’s University are running a free seminar for creative and cultural organisations across Northern Ireland about the upcoming EU funding opportunities worth nearly €1.5 billion for arts, cultural, heritage and co-operation projects.
The event will take place at the Sonic Arts Research Centre, Queen’s University on 27 November from 2pm – 3.30pm.
The Creative Europe programme (2014-2020) replaces the Culture Programme 2007-2013, Media and Media Mundus programmes as the EU Commission’s main funding instrument for the cultural, heritage and media sectors across Europe.
The event is open to organisations in the creative and cultural sectors interested in working collaboratively across Europe and information on the day will be supplied by the UK Cultural Contact Point, Visiting Arts, who wil be present to deliver advice on eligibility, funding streams and applications.
Attendance is free but spaces are limited and and pre-registration is required.
