Digital agency Agency.com London has beaten three other agencies to secure the online business strategy account of Christian Aid.

Agency.com London has already begun to provide business analysis, and this will be followed by a user research project. Following that the agency will develop an online strategy for the international development charity.

Russell Marsh, Group Account Director at Agency.com London told e-consultancy: “This is a fantastic opportunity to help [Christian Aid] better understand their online audience, recruit new supporters and campaigners and ultimately increase donations.”

Dorothy Atcheson, Chief Editor of the Christian Aid website, said that Agency.com won the pitch process because of their “strategic vision, extensive commercial expertise, and perseverance in understanding the obstacles we face as a charity trying to realise big dreams with limited resources.”

Agency.com has worked with other charities including NSPCC in the UK and Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Metro New York in the USA.
