Online reservations system to waive fees for charities

Online booking and reservation systems provider ibooka Limited is offering a limited number of sites to charities or voluntary organisations to help them run specific events, and will waive all booking fees.
Ibooka’s booking systems are used by companies, clubs, associations as well as charities for a wide range of events. Charities use the for golf days, sponsored tennis events and other events that require booking and extensive administration.
The Durham-based company will provide a fully functional online reservation system that is configured to show the logos and
designs of the charity or voluntary organisation. It will waive all its usual booking fees.

The system isn’t entirely free to charities: ibooka will ask charities to pay the £99 administration and hosting charge. However, the company will consider requests for help with system configuration.
Ibooka is inviting expressions of interest from organisations interested in using an ibooka system for an event or series of events.
