New payroll giving agency at Sky
Broadcaster Sky has appointed the new payroll giving agency, the Embassy of Man, to manage their employee giving.
The Embassy of Man allows Sky employees to make regular or one-off payroll donations, which can be used to give a direct gift to any eligible UK charity. They can also set up an employee charity account or sponsor a colleague for a fundraising event.
The Embassy of Man also manages the 50%
matching of donations and fundraising that Sky offers to its staff.

The Embassy of Man, a registered charity, is a relatively recent entrant to the payroll giving market, having been given payroll giving agency status by the Inland Revenue in April 2004. The Embassy of Man now provides Payroll Giving services to large companies such as Aon and BSkyB.
Through close links with Smartchange employees can manage all their giving online and can see when their donation is actually deposited into the charity’s bank account.
The Embassy of Man does not charge charities a fee for being listed, nor does it
promote any charity over any other.
