Howard Lake | 4 July 2002 | News

The Polka Theatre, the children’s theatre in Wimbledon, has won the voluntary and community category of the annual UK online for business/InterForum E-Commerce awards which are supported by the Department of Trade and Industry.

This was the first year that the awards recognised that non-profit organisations were using the Internet in innovative ways and should be recognised with their own awards category.
