Battersea Dogs Home upgrades with Charisma 6

Battersea Dogs Home is upgrading its fundraising and business processes software with Minerva’s Charisma 6.

Battersea Dogs Home is installing Charisma 6, a new software package from Minerva Computer Systems. Upgrading from Minerva’s Charisma 4 software suite, the new software package integrates the flow of operational information “within every part of the business”, and enhances the fundraising capability of the charity. As a result dogs can now be identified and re-housed with greater efficiency, say Minerva.

The new system is scheduled to go live at the end of September 2001. Sue Oak, IT manager at Battersea Dogs Home, said: “when completed, the installation will create a fully integrated platform across our three-site network providing our users with easier access to a greater level of information.”
