Twenty million pounds of National Lottery money will be transferred from the New Opportunities Fund to the Millennium Commission.

Twenty million pounds of National Lottery money will be transferred from the New Opportunities Fund to the Millennium Commission in order to tackle the social exclusion and deprivation faced by black communities.
