ICFM launches donors' rights charter

The Institute of Charity Fundraising Managers (ICFM) launches today its Donor’s Rights Charter today. The Charter is an opportunity for charities to show their commitment to their donors and supporters. It also highlights what steps can be taken by anyone who feels that this commitment is not being met.
