The government has taken out advertisements in today’s newspapers promoting its UK online for business initiative. UK Fundraising visited the site at www.ukonlineforbusiness.gov.uk/profit, wondering if there was any content for the non-profit or charity sector. No, there wasn’t.

The government has taken out advertisements in today’s newspapers promoting its UK online for business initiative. UK Fundraising visited the site at www.ukonlineforbusiness.gov.uk/profit, wondering if there was any content for the non-profit or charity sector. No, there wasn’t.

 

 

The site does feature a range of documents covering many different industrial sectors, such as steel, chemicals, aerospace, electronics manufacturing, bio-industry, music and farming. But don’t expect support at this stage for the voluntary sector.
