Code of conduct for online advertisers announced

The Committee of Advertising Practice has announced a code of conduct for online advertisers to encourage adverts that are clear and genuine. An accreditation scheme called admark will be launched on 24 October in partnership with the Advertising Standards Authority. Advertisers will have to pay an annual membership fee to display the admark.
