Mark Henstock, Fundraising Director at War on Want, aptly summed up many fundraisers’ thoughts on the subject of signing numerous non-disclosure agreements, particularly in the current climate of online fundraising business proposals.
Writing on the e-fundraising group discussion list this morning he said: “In my naive youth I wasted many hours meeting people who had a fundraising idea so brilliant, they would only discuss it face to face. I now think that a fundraising technique’s effectiveness is inversely proportional to its level of secrecy.”
