Snap Print Management, which works mostly with charities, is to merge with Leeds based production house RNB Group Ltd.
Snap specialises in printed materials, direct mail and postage. The majority of its clients are charities, including British Red Cross, St Mungo’s, Marie Curie, and Save the Children, together with many ex-services charities including Blind Veterans UK, SSAFA, the Gurkha Welfare Trust, and Chelsea Pensioners.
The merger will complete on 1 April 2017, producing a company with a £12m turnover.

Snap Print Management Business Development Director Sarah Wiles said that the merger will create a more comprehensive infrastructure and give the company better access to a wider array and depth of services, with faster response times.
RNB Group specialise in all areas of marketing fulfilment with services encompassing data, print, digital, document management, web2print and mail services.
