Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity is Kingston Smith’s first charity partner

Staff at Kingston Smith have voted for Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity as the company’s first charity partner.
The partnership, which will run until December 2017, was announced at Kingston Smith’s annual Action Day, on which its workforce of over 500 partners and staff volunteer in the community.
The firm invited applications for its inaugural charity partnership in August this year.
The charity has won a package of support from the top 20 firm of chartered accountants which has a long track record of advising and supporting charities and social enterprises. This will include:

The firm aims to raise over £75,000 for the charity during the partnership.
Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity supports families that have a child with life threatening or terminal illness and who desperately need their help at home, in hospital and in the community.
Emma Haines, Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity Director of Marketing and Fundraising said:

“We are absolutely thrilled that Kingston Smith employees have chosen us as their first Charity Partner. The £75,000 that the firm is aiming to raise will have a huge impact for Rainbow Trust, enabling us to support more families who have a child with a life threatening or terminal illness.”
